Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. The sale is between the producer and the customer. ACORN does not take ownership of the product at any point; we are only facilitating the payment process.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please communicate with the Market Manager by the next business day, either by text or preferably by email ( Include any relevant product details and a photo of the damaged goods. If a damaged product is not claimed by the end of the next business day, we cannot take responsibility for the product, as we cannot guarantee the storage or usage conditions of that product after it is delivered by the producer.
