About Us
We are Stephen Chamberlain and Beth Palmer.
Our farm is about 10 acres; in warmer weather 5 acres are in production and the other 5 in cover crops. We also utilize 9 greenhouses, most of which are teeming with hot crops like tomatoes, sweet peppers, zukes & cukes. In the winter, the greenhouses are home to greens such as spinach, kale, chard, and leafy brassicas.

Practices
We are in our 36th year of production and this experience helps us to provide you with nutrient-dense produce which comes to your home in the freshest state possible. We use cover crops to maintain soil health and biodiversity on land that is not in production. In turn, the crops that are grown in 'cover-cropped' soils are consistently more healthy and productive, which minimizes the need for inputs such as fertilizer. We use several cover crops each with a different purpose including winter rye, red clover, Sudan sorghum, Japanese millet, buckwheat, oats & field peas, etc...
