Ramsay and I manage a regenerative farm that is around 1,000 acres in Cornwall, encompassing both owned and leased land. We raise a herd of 200 dairy cows and 200 beef cows across 400 acres of pasture. Additionally, we rear heritage pigs and laying hens, integrating them into our rotational grazing system. Our milk is sold wholesale to Stonyfield Organic and we both wholesale to local stores as well as retail our beef, pork, and eggs.

Our mission is to transform New England agriculture by revitalizing the land with grazing animals on open pastures, fostering healthier soils and sequestering carbon, to provide families in the Northeast with nutrient-rich, sustainable, and delicious food.
