Producer

Our farm is in Danby and we grow vegetables, berries, apples and popcorn. We sell the "wild" apples we grow for hard cider and also use them to make our cider vinegar and vinegar tonics. Our produce and products can be found from Manchester to Middlebury, at a variety of small grocers, farm stands and year round at both the Rutland and Dorset farmers markets. Our goals are regeneration; of soil, ecology, health, and culture.

Attempting to make "regeneration" (as defined by people like John Kempf at Advancing Eco Agriculture) our production method. Our apple production is chemical free (including OMRI approved chemicals). Our vinegar process is also chemical free.
