Just Cut is an innovative social enterprise of the Center for an Agricultural Economy that provides institutions and individuals direct access to high-quality, ready-to-use produce. Our unique model connects the abundant yields of Vermont farms to food buyers of any scale. We provide opportunities for food growers to reach new markets and maximize their farm’s potential.
We aggregate, inspect, wash and prepare root and storage crops from regional farms for your ease of use. Our easy order and delivery process help minimize your labor costs while maximizing the nutrition, variety, and tastiness of your meals.
We contract with farmers at a mutually agreed price in advance of the growing season, so you know before planting that you have a guaranteed sale for your root and storage crops. Our prices, contracts and transactions are direct, fair, and honest.
