In March of 2020, after years of dreaming, and months of planning, we moved from an iconic suburban town on the west side of Cleveland, OH to a 100 acre farm in a town of 800 that was full of history and promise, planning to restore the 1787 farm to its original farmstead glory.

We are a small farm in historic Hubbardton, VT using holistic, organic and sustainable farming practices to bring high quality, gourmet food to your table. Also a chef, our owner creates unique flavors, in small batches that highlight the season using ingredients straight from our farm and other local Vermont farms that share our passion for regenerative, sustainable farming practices. Whether it’s our Wildcrafted Dandelion Vinegar in the spring, or our sought after Maple Bourbon Apple Butter in the fall, they’re sure to blow you away.

We believe that to build a strong community economy, we must support each other and small business.

We believe in creating a biodiverse, ecologically sound farm based on organic and permaculture principles. We use little to no tilling. creating a biologically active soil that sequesters carbon.

We want to teach others how real, high quality food tastes, to understand the value of small farming, and to see that large agriculture is no longer the way to feed ourselves, our families, and our communities.

We believe in growing farm-fresh food for our community that is as rich in nutrients as it is in history.
