After years of traveling the globe to manage farms and ranches the Goldblatt Clark crew finally decided to put down roots in Vermont in 2020. Together Stephen and Suzanna have over 20 years of experience as graziers and have been collaborating as a team for over a decade.

Our sheep live their entire life on pasture, not crammed into feed-lots. The pastures had been certified organic for ten years, and although we dropped the organic certification process we kept the same management system in place and do not use any pesticides. We manage the sheep for the benefit of the environment so you can feel good about the meat you’re eating.
