Bryn Cariad Farm is a pasture-based farm and bakery in Poultney, Vermont, offering ethically raised lamb and mutton alongside a selection of British-inspired baked goods. Our Katahdin sheep are raised on rotational pasture with care and respect for the land, while our bakery brings a taste of the UK to Vermont with items like Welsh cakes, crumpets, and bloomer bread. We bake in small batches using simple, natural ingredients and are committed to producing honest food that reflects the seasons, the soil, and a love of tradition.
