The concept is a broth-based company utilizing bones from grass-grazed/pasture-foraging animals raised right here in Vermont that live as close to the way nature intended as possible. We strive to source produce from 100% organic farms that value and practice ecological responsibility and sustainability. "Simmer" is committed to a plastic free existence and vows the highest of standards in both product and process.
