Practices
Our practices are driven by the belief that healthy soil will produce crops with greatest nutritional values.
To us, fostering healthy soil means minimizing soil disturbance (tillage) and keeping it covered at all times with crops and mulches. It means allowing live soil organisms to cycle and release well balanced nutrients by not shocking them with concentrated fertilizers or pest control substances.
We believe diversity is essential for long term sustainability and local resilience.
